Received a call from Stryker asking me to interview for a job I would be a great fit for. Then had a 30 minute interview with hiring manager went well. Next was the Gallup assessment which I thought went well. Next day HR calls to say it was not a strong match and it is not a black and white tells. Looks like an outdated method to discriminate in my opinion. They may want to work on getting there salaries up versus finding a perfect match, which the Gallup poll can not do.
