Ridiculous interview process, three steps before no offer.
Step One F2F interview with two junior managers; Step Two Gallup interview which was basically pointless and finally Step 3 second F2F interview with more senior managers. This interview took over a month to come through without any communication by which time I'd secured a position elsewhere.
Joke of a company and a bullet dodged.
