The interview process took approximately 7 weeks total from the day I applied until I received an offer: - Applied end of October - Initial Interview w/ Recruiter 2 weeks later - Gallup Assessment 2 weeks later - Technical Interview w/ Manager 1.5 weeks later - 2 Panel Interview 1 week later - Received an offer the day after the panel interview Overall the interview process was straightforward and good communication was maintained throughout the process. Initial interviews where based on general knowledge about Stryker and my experience (i.e., walking through reasons why I want to work there and resume experience applicable to role). Interview with manager and team members were technical along with some behavioral question to understand how I fit with the team and the responsibilities of the role.

The interviewing process. The first round is the quick phone HR interview which goes over the basic information, resume, and salary. The second round was with the hiring manager. However, I stopped at the third round which was the Gallup behavioral interview.
