30 minute HR phone screen followed by a 45 minute Hiring Mgr interview, 60-90 minute Gallup interview followed by 4-6 Peer group interviews. HR rep scheduled the interview at noon and called me at 9am. After the interview, I was told I would move on to the Hiring Mgr. Interview was via Teams. I was notified a couple of days later that I was moving along to take the Gallup interview. I was encouraged to take the interview ASAP even though it was Mother's Day weekend. I had taken the Gallup before but the questions asked did not embody 20 years of experience. The questions were all requiring examples of accomplishments within the last 1-4 weeks. I was extremely disappointed and feel like this is not a good assessment of a career filled with relevant experience.
