Interview process was great and well organized. Had 3 rounds of interview and each were focused on different aspects. Emphasis was more on IT process and compliance as Stryker is a medical device company.

I had previously passed the Gallup interview, so I started with a phone interview with the recruiter. I then had a very brief phone interview with the hiring manager. That went well and I was invited to come in for an in person interview. I was told it would be a panel of 6 people and that I was to do a presentation about myself (20 minutes) and then interview with each person. In actuality, there were 10 or more people watching my interview, but I was not introduced to any of them. Other than that, the presentation and interview went well. I heard from the recruiter within a week or so asking me to come in for a 2nd interview. The 2nd interview was a bit strange as there were no real questions. I heard the NEXT day from the recruiter that they were VERY interested in me. Then I heard nothing for a month. Nothing. I reached out twice asking for an update and received no response. Then, the recruiter calls me and says that "they have gone in another direction". I asked for constructive feedback and she had none. It was obvious that she was uncomfortable and could offer me no details. I was led to believe that I would be receiving an offer..they previously asked about my current salary and bonus structure (question was asked more than once). I'm disappointed that so much of my time was wasted and that no details were offered on the complete turn around of the hiring manager. It's unlike I'll try again with this company.
