Applied online through Stryker career website. Recriture contacted me to setup first interview. At the end of the interview Recriture verbally said I will receive an email for next interview with hiring manager. Which I did later than expected. I had a positive interview with the hiring manager. After that I received a call from the recruiter again to schedule the third interview which is behavioral interview. That took two weeks to schedule the third interview. The behavioral interview is more of profiling you as a person. After the behavior interview the recruiter just disappeared and never received any response from anyone. When you not giving someone a job , at least give them the closure. Send a rejection email.
