Very lengthy and thorough. The steps in the interview process are: starting withthe HR Talent Acquisition rep, then the hiring manager, then the Gallup interview, and then an interview panel which culiminated with another interview with the hiring manager. The entire process took about 2 months with scheduling availability and conflicts.
