4 months from first interview to last. Most of the processes take 3-4 months from what I understand…. 5/6 rounds of interview. Call with hiring manager, call with hiring manager and panel, call with peers (panel of other sales reps), another deeper hiring manager interview, call with senior HR contact, call with Director, offer ….. and of course the Gallup assessment after the first call

Question 1
It’s Sunday afternoon. You have two cases with a customer 45 minutes away in the morning.. you get a call from the Director of NueroSurgery as the state hospital (largest account in the state), that says he’s willing to Give you a try in the morning. You won’t be able to make it to both places. How do you handle this situation?
I applied online. I interviewed at Stryker in May 2026
Interview
I had only one interview with HR. In the interview, they asked me about my strengths and weaknesses, why I wanted to work at this company, and why I left my previous jobs. Also they said that candidates who passed this interview would have three more interviews.

Question 1
Work experience,
Strength and weakness,
Why do you want to work here?
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Stryker (Los Angeles, CA) in May 2026
Interview
Recruiter Screen - Recruiter was new but friendly. Stryker screens for hunter mentalities, speak to that and you will pass.
Hiring Manager Virtual Call - Role specific questions, how you’ll build territory, sales success
Gallup - 30 minute rapid fire interview. I don’t mind Gallup but believe it’s odd that they can’t provide feedback or clarification on questions they ask.
Made it through two rounds of interviews with no concerns and had each party confident to move me along to the next step, but then was told they were pursuing other applicants.
