Interview
Process: - Applying for the position - Received a notification from the recruiter to schedule a phone call interview almost immediately - Three days after applying, the phone call interview took place for approximately 20 minutes, where my resume and experience was discussed - Recruiter emailed three days later to schedule a 30 minute interview with the hiring manager - The interview with the manager was quite odd. They asked me to walk them through my resume, then asked me a series of personal questions about my family history and current living situation. I felt very uncomfortable with this line of questioning and it felt that I was less describing my professional experiences and more taking a personality test - I was unable to ask my own questions due to the short time frame of the interview so I emailed them to the hiring manager only to never receive a reply or any further communication regarding my, candidacy.

Question 1
Phone Call interview: - Phone call interview took place for approximately 20 minutes, where my resume and experience was discussed. At the end of the discussion, the recruiter appeared to be reading from a questionnaire where things like "do you enjoy giving orders to others?" and "do you consider yourself a leader or a follower?" were asked. Hiring Manager Interview: - Was asked to walk the manager through my resume and was asked a series of personal questions related to my family and living conditions. Extremely unprofessional behavior and conversation ensued.
Horrible experience. After a long hiring process, they rejected the candidate simply for negotiating a higher salary, even though it was already known that the budget for the position was tight.
