Interview
I got to the second interview. First interview was with a member of the RA team and was a simple interview discussing experiences in the field. The second interview was a very odd and intense psychometric / psychological interview where I was asked ~100 questions within an hour. It was quite intense and unique way to assess individuals. Personally, I think this interview tactic leveraged by Stryker is a bit much for an intermediate level position.

3 total rounds: 1:1 with HM, Gallup Assessment online, and 2 panels for the final round in person, 30 min with each panelist plus a full team chat at the end.

A waste of time. Phone interview and then video interview. I followed up weekly for three weeks. They ignored my email and they finally just rejected. They clearly don’t respect others time
