I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Stryker in Jan 2023
Interview
Recruiter reached out to prompt me to apply and schedule a phone screening immediately. The recruiter was super nice, asking standard questions and telling more about the position. I was moved on to meet with the regional manager the next day. This interview felt very disconnected to me — as if when questions were asked, they were impatiently waiting for the answer to be finished so they could talk or move on (a lot can be read through body language). Some questions were also pretty vague and when asking for clarification or more detail none was given or a vague response was given.
I applied online. I interviewed at Stryker in May 2026
Interview
I had only one interview with HR. In the interview, they asked me about my strengths and weaknesses, why I wanted to work at this company, and why I left my previous jobs. Also they said that candidates who passed this interview would have three more interviews.

Why do you want to work here?
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Stryker (Los Angeles, CA) in May 2026
Interview
Recruiter Screen - Recruiter was new but friendly. Stryker screens for hunter mentalities, speak to that and you will pass.
Hiring Manager Virtual Call - Role specific questions, how you’ll build territory, sales success
Gallup - 30 minute rapid fire interview. I don’t mind Gallup but believe it’s odd that they can’t provide feedback or clarification on questions they ask.
Made it through two rounds of interviews with no concerns and had each party confident to move me along to the next step, but then was told they were pursuing other applicants.
