Interview
The first interview was getting to know more about the company. It focused more on the company than the interviewer. Second interview was the Gallup interview which focuses more on behavioral aspects.
Overall a great process. One hiring manager call, a Gallup interview, and then super day. All employees were extremely pleasant to speak to. Long interview process, but it was worth it.

Made it to round 1 and didn't get invited to round 2. They reached out after I applied and we set up the virtual interview. Overall average experience and everyone I spoke to was pleasant.
