I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Stryker in Feb 2022
Interview
Consisted of multiple interview rounds with the recruiter and team members. The last interview was a Gallup interview. Overall it was long but a good experience where I got questions based on different themes in each interview such as technical skills and team fit.
It was a position for machine vision. 3 persons were present. Some general questions related to my experiences. Most of the technical questions were related to deep learning: training models, loss functions, over-fitting.
I applied online. I interviewed at Stryker (Freiburg im Breisgau) in Oct 2025
Interview
After applying through online, I got an invitation for phone interview. Basic General HR questions were asked. Then within 5 mins after the interview, got an invitation for the technical interview round. I was not shortlisted.
Way too long, i did the personality test. then 3 follow up interviews following that. All of which to not get the position. On that end, most positions they post are not even active.
