Six interviews -essentially meet the full team that you will be working with. - First interview will be 15 minutes of running through your resume and then 15 minutes of Gallup trial. - 4th interview was full Gallup

What would your teammates say about you? What do you know about stryker? How do you take feedback?
Very lengthy interview process. Expect multiple calls with people with a personality test that is often make or break for being hired. The interviews themselves aren’t rigorous but it takes a while for them to pick up after you’ve applied.

Telefoninterview ist die erste Stufe vom Bewerbungsverfahren. Viele Fragen wurden nacheinander gestellt. Teilweise typische Bewerbungsfragen. Persönlichkeit, Eigenschaften wurde abgefragt, um die Persönlichkeit besser einschätzen zu können. Aber ingesamt sehr nettes Gespräch.

Four level of interview process was done, started with talent acquisition, later there was a test that he to be given, once that was cleared there was a one to one interview with the interviewer, later Human Resources took over
