Interview
3 interviews, 1st with recruiter, 2nd with Regional Managers and last was Gallup. Hiring process was less than 2 weeks. First week had interview with recruiter, second week had interview with regional managers over zoom and lastly had a Gallup interview over the phone.

3-4 rounds - First interview with the recruiter, second interview with supervisor/team leads, 3/4 interview with a panel of people. Expect situational questions and answer with the STAR method. Everyone is super nice!

1st round phone screen- lasted about 30 minutes. Asked the basic tell me about yourself, why Stryker, and about 5-6 interview questions. Didn’t get an offer for the job but did lead me to a different interview in another department.

It was around 30 minutes for both the recruiter phone call and the hiring manager phone interview. Basic questions such as Tell me about yourself and tell me about a time when...
