I applied online. I interviewed at Stryker (Flower Mound, TX)
Interview
I first had a phone interview with the recruiter. She rescheduled me once, forgot about the second one, and finally on our third attempt we were able to connect. After the recruiter interview, they have an intensive almost personality test-like interview, the Gallup. I advise answering only with yes or no answers unless otherwise asked to elaborate. If you pass the Gallup, you will get an all-day on-site interview. I had to travel there myself and find my own place to stay. I interviewed with six different people. I got my rejection through a voicemail, which I found very unprofessional. I could not answer the call because I was in class.
