Stryker's interview process from talking with the recruiter to the hiring managers and other employees of the company has been a warming and supportive experience. Everyone throughout the company talks about the support Stryker cultivates and it was clearly displayed.
Intense and had 3 people but everyone was really nice back to back questions as well as taking a test. Classic interview questions liked there scheduling so you can pick the best time for you
There were two initial interviews (one over the phone with a recruiter, one over video with the hiring manager) a Gallup personality test, and a final interview. The whole process took about a month.
