Screening interview, Gallup personality test which is an hour long, 3 separate interviews with others. The process was extremely long and I had to take a lot of time off. After all of that, never even received a rejection email. Even tried to follow up. Ghosting candidates is a terrible practice. Would have had much more respect if they would have nicely followed up when they decided to go with someone else. If you spend hours interviewing meeting with several people, going through testing, the right thing to do is follow up with the candidate either way even if it’s bad news.
