Interview
It is one of the best interview processes in my experience. Started out with a basic introductory call to see if the position was a match from their end and mine, then a more in-depth behavioral interview via TEAMS, followed by a GALLUP test, then another in-depth behavioral interview to make sure you are fit for the position. The Stryker employees were very reassuring and helpful throughout the entire process and I enjoyed it more than found it to be stressful.

Gallup interview (30 minutes)
Gallup was the hardest part, no way to prepare and they definitely ask curveball questions but there is no right or wrong answer, just requires thinking

It was a rigorous process, had to interview all over with a bunch of different people. Take the Gallup (personality test) and then have meetings with everyone that is in management to see if they like your personality or not
