Stryker Medical Kit Assembler interview questions

Through an agency, then through Stryker. First was a phone screening, then a personality test phone call and then at stryker. The first phone call, the lady was late so she asked if she could reschedule for the next day. Called on the dot the next day, general questions and answer, she was friendly and recommended me to the next step straight away. She also gave me a small practice test for the personality phone questions the following week. Second phone interview, a man call from an external company. He's just was to only read from a script questions, zero interpretation. went for 40 mins of intense questioning. Questions such as; do you enjoy long holidays? to, if you saw a co-working doing something wrong what would you do? Third interview was at Stryker. Interviewed by two men who weren't really prepared, they didn't have a private space ready for interview. Just asked the same question as the first phone screening. Questions about yourself and why you wanted to be there. Also ending with any questions that you have prepared for them. Got a call from my recruiter two days later with no feedback only - "They felt you didn't fit into the team".
