1. HR interview for 0.5 hr
2. Line manager interview for 1 hr
3. director interview for 0.5 hr
4. Gallup assessment for 1hr+
all conducted in zoom and the process lasts for 2 weeks

Question 1
1. HR asked general questions such as why leaving the last position and give me a brief introduction to the role and the company
2. Line manager asked behaviour questions, understand the reason for choosing the firm and the role for half an hour and talk for another half hour to introduce me to the position
3. Director asked more technical and behaviour questions
4. Assessment of how you will react in different scenarios and how you think about your personalities
