My first phone interview was unique in that they didn't ask a lot of questions, but rather invited me to talk about myself, outline my career goals, tell them what I was looking for, etc. The face-to-face included a tour of the office, and a meeting with 3 managers in a group setting. Again, I did most of the talking. But then I had a chance to ask questions, and they really helped fill in my knowledge gaps and questions areas. It was clear that the three of them had worked together for awhile, like their jobs, and were passionate about the company. That made me feel really comfortable and excited to move on to the next step.

Be aggressive and ask questions. I would fill in the blanks on your own resume. If you are in sales then talk about your successful accomplishments. They are professional yet fun so try and be the same.
