Get asked a few basic questions mainly so they get to know your personality. You will be asked how you expect to appear at work (if male it’s clean shaven with PPE washed and ironed) failure to wear correct PPE could put the store out of compliance so it’s very important right down to your name badge. They may ask if you have any previous customer service experience but don’t worry if you don’t just tell them your a very approachable and likeable person etc.

They asked me a lot about my motivations and why I wanted the role
Really depends on location. Mine was very in-formal and casual. However it’s a franchise so different owners may expect more out of the interview. Mine was very casual and was just discussing when I could work and if I had worked for a subway before.
