The lady I met with to interview me was interviewing me for another person. I thought that it was a little odd that someone was interveiwing me for someone else. She seemed to really like me, so she sent me to have a second interview with the lady that she was hiring me for. She liked me too, and I got hired. I didn't get to work until about a month later though.

What was my biggest accomplishment in the work place?
Easy process. Overall easy going job but low pay and can be busy at times. Created great friendships with the boss and a few co workers since most of the time there was only two people there

Interview
I was sat down and asked questions about myself in a possible manner in the middle of the restaurant as people dined around me. I was then instructed to cut bread so they could see how well I could do.
Easy flow, face to face and they are quite patient with you. The manager are understanding if it's your first time and let you through the flow of the process
