Easy process. Overall easy going job but low pay and can be busy at times. Created great friendships with the boss and a few co workers since most of the time there was only two people there
I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Subway (Mill Creek, WA) in Jun 2011
Interview
After sending in an application and resume I was contacted fairly quickly and asked to come in for an interview. I was asked about my experience in the food industry and if I had a food handlers permit. I was working two days later. As a whole the interview was really brief and I dressed in a longer skirt and nice top.
I interviewed at Subway (Barnsley, South West England, England)
Interview
I was sat down and asked questions about myself in a possible manner in the middle of the restaurant as people dined around me. I was then instructed to cut bread so they could see how well I could do.
Easy flow, face to face and they are quite patient with you. The manager are understanding if it's your first time and let you through the flow of the process
