I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Subway
Interview
You only need to go through one interview (or at least I only had to do one) and they just look at any past experience if you have had any, ask you questions like What is your availability? Do you have reliable transportation? Are you willing to be flexible with your schedule? They're also pretty good at working about your school schedule if you are still in school.
Easy process. Overall easy going job but low pay and can be busy at times. Created great friendships with the boss and a few co workers since most of the time there was only two people there
I interviewed at Subway (Barnsley, South West England, England)
Interview
I was sat down and asked questions about myself in a possible manner in the middle of the restaurant as people dined around me. I was then instructed to cut bread so they could see how well I could do.
Easy flow, face to face and they are quite patient with you. The manager are understanding if it's your first time and let you through the flow of the process
