Phone interview followed immediately with an in person interview. The interview questions were standard. What experience do you have especially in customer service? What hours can you work? Is the customer always right?
quick 10 minute interview asking about what to do in certain cases. And then some information about the job. It was overall pretty easy and nice. And then there was some more questions about hours
