I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Subway in Mar 2014
Interview
I got there early of course but the manager didn't turn up until half an hour after my interview was scheduled for. She took me to a corridor where the workers were trying to get past me & i felt rude having to keep grtting up to let them past. The qurstions were quite straight forward for a job interview. She asked if I would be willing to do unpaid training and talked a lot about the other workers
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
.Xwhy do you want to work here? What are you weaknesses? What are your strengths? When can you work? Do you have transport? Why should i give you the job? What do you do at the moment?
Easy process. Overall easy going job but low pay and can be busy at times. Created great friendships with the boss and a few co workers since most of the time there was only two people there
I interviewed at Subway (Barnsley, South West England, England)
Interview
I was sat down and asked questions about myself in a possible manner in the middle of the restaurant as people dined around me. I was then instructed to cut bread so they could see how well I could do.
Easy flow, face to face and they are quite patient with you. The manager are understanding if it's your first time and let you through the flow of the process
