I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Subway
Interview
I applied online at multiple Subways. One got back to me within a week, the rest were extremely slow to contact and I had already got the job at the first contact by the time the rest contacted me. The interview was extremely laid back and consisted mostly of making sure I was not deranged. They asked what my availability was like, how long I planned to stay there, and what I sought to get from the position. My interviewer assured me that the store culture was to have a good time and also sought to be inclusive. She said to talk to her if anything proved different. She was point on, although the store culture ended up more laid back than I imagined. I eventually was promoted to Assistant Manager with my instructions to get more order around the store.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Honestly, the most difficult question was probably what I wanted to get from Subway. It was a very easy interview.
Easy process. Overall easy going job but low pay and can be busy at times. Created great friendships with the boss and a few co workers since most of the time there was only two people there
I interviewed at Subway (Barnsley, South West England, England)
Interview
I was sat down and asked questions about myself in a possible manner in the middle of the restaurant as people dined around me. I was then instructed to cut bread so they could see how well I could do.
Easy flow, face to face and they are quite patient with you. The manager are understanding if it's your first time and let you through the flow of the process
