I applied online and a few days later got a call. The interview was short. She asked me about school and my availability. Another time i interview at a different subway. Was told to come in on friday. No other instructions as to what to where or What time. Called multiple times but the manager never answer only other crew members.
Process was quick and straightforward. The interview mainly focused on availability, previous customer service experience, teamwork, and how I would handle busy situations. The manager was friendly and asked a few basic behavioural questions. Overall, it was a relaxed and simple interview experience.
Dropped off my resume in store, i would recommend going in the morning itself to talk to the manager. Got a call back in like a week for a sit down interview. The interview itself was pretty chill, 20 minutes maximum and asked basic questions like availability, why subway, any prior experience in food or customer service

Do you have any prior experience in food or customer service
it was good and did not take too much time at all and they asked very appropriate questions that could be answered easily. I enjoyed working there and being able to gain knowledge and experience. It was a great 1st job that I had while in High School and they were very flexible
