Interview
Submitted an application online and received a phone call about a week later. Came in for the interview and only sat down for a few minutes. Manager only asked my availability and transportation. Although clearly stated on my resume, manager was apparently not aware until later that this was my first job.
It was alright, a group interview. It wasn't too formal and it was an interesting selection of people in the group. There was one interviewer and four interviewees (including myself). I found it interesting that the interview was held in the middle of the store (which was pretty small) and so customers were able to watch what was going on.
