Interview
Interview was at a table in the shop. Luckily not busy otherwise would have been awkward. Super basic questions, none of which are behavioural, all on previous job history and flexibility. Started with a trial day the very next day.
15 minute chat with the manager who told me what was expected of me and the type of candidate they were looking for. Only asked one personality question and the rest was more about Subway.

Easy. Will ask about work experience and expected pay hours you can work and thats it was literally offered to start next day. One in person interview. Look happy be friendly and your in.
