One one one. Discuss your experience and give examples of any similar experience. Demonstrate readiness to try you hand at all tasks including cleaning. Want to ascertain whether you can handle the fast pace and difficult customers such as persons changing their mind mid way. Also need to learn menu and measurements of ingredients off by heart for each menu item.
