I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Subway (Detroit, MI) in Mar 2012
Interview
Basic interview questions such as when are you available. Most managers won't ask a lot as they are just desperate for help. My interview was very informal but of course they make the job sound better or easier than it actually is. Just make sure you tell them ahead of time when you're available and how many hours you're expecting. This just makes sure you aren't wasting your time.
