The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Subway (Arizona City, AZ) in Jan 2020
Interview
Good - was pretty quick. Asked if I was good at making sandwhiches, which I told them I was. They liked that answer. It was pretty simple after that. Would do the interview again.
I had an interview in person and I got a job over the phone. They said I made it, very easy and quick process and would recommend applying as they always need more people

Question 1
What’s your previous experience with the food industry?
Simple. It was very simple. Simple is what it was. It was an average interview. Nothing out of the ordinary. Basic, run of the mil, typical and any other synonyms for “simple”.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Subway (Statesboro, GA) in Mar 2023
Interview
No interview. Just hired on spot. Not a great experience. Management was never there and when they were they were just nagging about stuff that didn't matter. Good place for some extra cash I guess
