The first time i had an interview and then they just immediately started me right away a week later. it comes with no training. The second time I had already worked there so i just signed papers then started. Before you go to even get the interview and submit your application online it comes with a quiz where you select what you would do in different situations.

What you want to do when you grow up, why you chose Subway, and questions in relationship to legal paperwork you have to sign to be hired for taxes and such.
Short and to the point, met with the owner and he was very very kind and welcoming. We had a long interview conversation regarding the scope of work and it was pleasant.

The interview process was short and to the point. They might call you back for two interviews, but both are pretty short. They get back to you pretty quickly if they're currently hiring.
