I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Subway (Colorado Springs, CO) in Apr 2022
Interview
Everything went fine, nothing out of the ordinary. The staff was friendly and accommodating, but there were a few iffy interactions that felt a bit off. Communication could have been smoother. Overall, it was a decent experience, though there’s room for improvement.
15 minute chat with the manager who told me what was expected of me and the type of candidate they were looking for. Only asked one personality question and the rest was more about Subway.
