Interview
The first interview with the talent acquisition team was okay. The interviewer was not the most welcoming and said some stuff that raised red flags. The interviewer kept saying that staff might have to be in the building longer than scheduled hours and that the environment of the school was strict; more than what I am used to. The second interview with one of the principals went okay, what the idea of longer hours came up again and she said that she was aware of the all the negative reviews, but didn't say anything to prove them wrong.

Interview
This interview process was very typical, with an overt emphasis on "tell me a time when you..." questions. Most questions centered on navigating conflict, difficult situations, and recieving feedback. My interviewer was a good listener and would follow up on answers I had offered.
