I rarely ever write reviews for any company, but I feel inclined to do so for this one. Of course, you read reviews online about how bad this organization is, but I decided to give it a chance because I am passionate about education. The first round was very simple, just typical questions, but with a focus on discipline. They really want to make sure you will be able to punish these children. Right after we finished, she offered me a FINAL round. I asked if I needed to prepare a lesson, she said no. How would you hire a teacher without ever seeing them teach? In the final round, we simply practiced how to punish a student that is misbehaving. The AP told me my voice was too nice for 30 minutes. I never believed how bad the vibes could be at any school. Please avoid this! They only care about making students feel bad about themselves. They explicitly told me they do not care about student's feelings or challenges.

The interview process was relatively straightforward in structure, but there were some concerns regarding professionalism and communication. The interview began later than scheduled without acknowledgment, and there were multiple instances where responses were interrupted before completion. This made it somewhat challenging to fully convey answers and engage in a balanced discussion.
Outcome:
Withdrew from the process.

Interview
HORRIBLE AND INSULTING. DO NOT WORK HERE. THEY DO NOT TREAT YOU AS HUMAN. The interviewer walks you through a scenario where you have to talk to a student, and not only do they expect you to talk to a child like a dog, she was incredibly rude to me as well and kept forcing me to repeat answers to the same questions over and over. Terrible, stay far away from this company.
