There were 4 rounds of interviews: 1) 30mins with recruiter; 2) 30mins with hiring manager; 3) Take home assessment; 4) Onsite interview. I was rejected after the third round, but the part that doesn't sit well with me is the fact that the take home assessment was not something quick you could do in an hour. I spent 3+ hours on the assessment and then received the rejection email. The very least they could've done is give feedback, but they didn't...I emailed the recruiter to follow-up, but he ghosted me. Very unprofessional after I gave them so much of my time. No wonder Success Academy has such a low rating on Glassdoor!
