Interview
Got to the waiting area, people had been waiting for upwards of 30 minutes before 9:00 (the time it says not to get there before). Waited for approx 30 minutes and socialized with the group. We were called into a room, assigned seats.
Then we spoke about our objects for approx 30 seconds, went around the room. Remember what other people say about them- you might need it.
Then we learned a little about success academy, went over with a partner 3 things that were engaging in the videos.
(Do your homework)
Then we had a teach back, and got feedback. Then we got to do another teach back ! Short and sweet..
Then we had interviews 1:1, mine was very long (upwards of 25 minutes)- you read a poem and write about it, write an email / a letter. They give you lots of busy work-
