I went to a job fair and was asked for a group interview about a week after applying online. The interview was very positive. A little strange and time-consuming but not as awkward as it seems. You have to do a 3-minute lesson in front of the interviewer and your other colleagues. They then give you some paperwork to do and do one on one interviews. Overall it was a pretty positive experience.

It was a series of two interviews. One was a group interviews while one was a one on one interview as well as a video that one had to record to answer additional questions
Group interview with behavioral and then also a sample of discipline. We were asked typical behavioral interview style questions like tell me about yourself, name a time you failed. It was kind of awkward because all interviewees would take turn answering. We were not given the opportunity to aak the interviewers any questions
