It was a thorough telephone interview. Very informative and challenging. I was contacted by telephone. The interviewer took some time and introduced herself and spoke at length about what the school was about. I was asked what made me apply and what I liked about the school. They were a lot of questions concerning my past role as a teacher and how I functioned to determine if I was well suited for the new role.
Asked you questions about your school experience and why you want to become a teacher. Did role play and asked how you would handle certain situations. Asked about various things and what your future goals are.
