Interview
Phone Interview with Recruiter (Brief and straight to the point), received a request for an inperson interview within 2 days.
In person interview with Talent Manager and COO -Talent Manager was prepared with questions which allowed for a fluid and seamless interview. I received a quick response about coming back for another interview. However the recruitment associate took nearly two weeks to schedule the next interview.
2nd in-person interview with other Operations Professionals - Interview felt very last minute. No one notified me that 1) the number of interviewers had changed 2) the interview would be conducted via skype; During this interview it was clear that no one had viewed my resume nor had any questions prepared. I got a very cold and unimpressed vibe from the moment the interview began which lead to my not feeling confident. Received an unimpressive thanks for applying email the following day.

Recruited for the position only to hear back less than 3 days later that I was no longer being considered for the position due to a large applicant pool. Big waste of my time and energy.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Success Academy Charter Schools (New York, NY) in Mar 2019
Interview
Long and time consuming with trial activities. It looks like you are interviewing for a job as an spy or something like that. Some interviewers don't work directly with the school, so they don't know anything about the work-balance for the position. And, the interviewers that have held the position in the past, have total disregard about the importance of work-balance. It's like they don't really care about the mental health of the person that will held this position. An organization that do not care about the work-balance of the employees, is not a place that doesn't deserve the dedication of good processionals and so don't deserve to have the expertise of their employees. In my opinion, it is not worth the pain.
