The process was completely disorganized. After applying, I was emailed about setting up a phone interview. The phone interview was very informative and inspiring. At the conclusion, the recruiter informed me that she would follow up with me in a few days. A few days later, she sent an email stating she enjoyed our conversation and invited me to complete a case study. The case study was not directly related to the position, but I understood the purpose (managing a budget, logistics, etc.). After completing and submitting before her deadline, she stated she would contact me the following week about next steps. When I didn't hear from her, I followed up only to discover that she no longer worked for the company (email bounced back). I was directed to someone who was not familiar with my candidacy. When I asked the status, I was told they would follow up with their colleagues and get back to me. After three additional weeks following up with back and forth email exchanges, I was informed that there were no longer any positions available.
Terrible interview process which is strong vindication of their apparent lack of culture based on the company reviews. The sad part...from the outside looking in, they are hiring the wrong talent. I garner turnover is at an all time high especially when that make you commit to two years.
