I had a phone interview and two rounds of in-person interviews. The recruiter took two weeks to get back to me with a final decision after I followed up. I liked my experience but i just wish they didn't take so long to get back to me when they probably knew very soon after that i was not the right fit. I felt like my time wasn't respected. In addition, I think that although feedback was important to their culture ... they didn't do a great job of providing specific feedback on why I was not chosen and I was given a generic answer. Overall though, I enjoyed the process despite poor followup and misleading positivity towards my candidacy ,
