Interview
The process is divided into 3 stages- classroom management, poem interpretation, and the conventional one-on-one interview; interviewees are divided into groups of 5-6 and made to switch between rooms as they go through the stages. The first two sections were more discussion-focused with everyone expected to contribute their ideas on how a disruptive student should be disciplined and what should be said to him/her, and also their literal and figurative interpretations of a chosen poem. The one-on-one interview was a handful of questions you would typically get for a teaching position. They also ask you specific questions that are tailored to your resume/past experience so be prepared for that. Overall, I did not feel that they were intimidating, rather they made an effort to be friendly and personable, albeit very corporate-like.

There asked hypothetical questions on teaching methodologies
It was a series of two interviews. One was a group interviews while one was a one on one interview as well as a video that one had to record to answer additional questions
Group interview with behavioral and then also a sample of discipline. We were asked typical behavioral interview style questions like tell me about yourself, name a time you failed. It was kind of awkward because all interviewees would take turn answering. We were not given the opportunity to aak the interviewers any questions
