An hour interview. Extremely overwhelming. 2 people interviewing over Skype, one of the interviewers was very rude. They asked many questions regarding experience, why success, and how experience will match their task. They also gave two scenarios asking behavioral questions in a classroom setting.

Interview
After informal outreach and about two weeks of correspondence, I had a 30-minute interview with a staff member. I then received no proactive update and only got a generic rejection after following up a week later.

It was quick and good from what I remember. There was not any fluff and they were direct with what they wanted. I think that if you have the passion that they are looking for it will work

Decent process, two video interviews before offer. I met with a current educator first, then two members of the hiring committee and another educator/administrator. Overall very open and friendly conversations.
