I was contacted through email for a group interview. When I showed up, there were able 15-20 other individuals in the room. As if I wasn’t nervous enough after reading their reviews. They had us watch a video and afterwards, we were pick on randomly to answers question. The female running this section was very full of herself and tried her best to intimidate you. In the behavior management portion, they made us role play with a panel as if they were Children. I did not appreciate the fact that the principals and teachers were talking to us as if we were kids, telling us to redo things, as if I am not a grown educated individual. They basically want to hired weak employees so that they can mold and train them to be their puppets, work extended hours, and do exactly what they want. No thank you. Please don’t waste your time. Work for an organization that values their employees contributions.

There asked hypothetical questions on teaching methodologies
It was a series of two interviews. One was a group interviews while one was a one on one interview as well as a video that one had to record to answer additional questions
Group interview with behavioral and then also a sample of discipline. We were asked typical behavioral interview style questions like tell me about yourself, name a time you failed. It was kind of awkward because all interviewees would take turn answering. We were not given the opportunity to aak the interviewers any questions
