I applied via my school job board. The first interview was a phone interview with HR. It was a pretty standard interview about my past experiences, my interest in Success Academy, why I wanted to work there, etc.
The next interview was in-person in the Harlem, NYC office, which was with a the HR person i had spoken with over the phone and a member of the team i was interviewing for. It was pretty short (about 20 minutes) and focused on similar things as the phone interview.
